Who We Are
We focus on presenting the creative dance form with a classical background. We provide comprehensive learning of Indian Creative Dance (popularly known as Pt. Uday Shankar Style) & Bharatanatyam. Additionally we teach Folk, Rabindrik and Semi Classical.
Kaleidoscope is affiliated with “Sarba Bharatiya Sangeet – Sanskriti Parishad” (All India Music and Culture Council).

Our Mentors
- Dr. Dipanwita Sengupta – Chief Mentor and Founder of Kaleidoscope. She is the pioneer in introducing Indian Creative dance in Ohio
- Guru Shri Kohinoor Sen Barat – Principal Consultant and Mentor. Guru Shri Kohinoor Sen Barat is a globally renowned Dance Mentor and a pioneer in the field of Creative dance. He founded and directs both the Shinjan Institute of Bharatanatyam and Creative Dance and the Kohinoor Dance Academy. Additionally, he serves as the Principal Consultant and Mentor at the Kaleidoscope Dance Academy. He is the recipient of Uday Shankar Award in 1996 and best choreographer of International AIDS Festival of Dance at Geneva.
- Shri Sanjib Bhattacharya – Guest Faculty. He is the Artistic Director of Movements in Motion, US.
- Subhajit Dutta – Guest Faculty. He is the National Scholarship holder in Bharatanatyam
